To be perfectly honest: I can barely identify things on the screenshots. Just from working on tilesets myself, I know that the triskelions are your versions of ramps, and that the A and N looking runes are tables and chairs, but I can't make out dwarves or pets...

Obviously that can just be me, but I think the tileset would benefit from a little bit more clean space. The abstraction + the amount of detail in the 32x32 tiles + the stained glass effect... those three together makes it look very busy. Difficult to play with for a longer period of time, I'd think.

The Duerer set uses a similar overlay (not stained glass, but tapestry-like style), maybe you can find some good ideas in it: http://www.bay12forums.com/smf/index.php?topic=142083.0

• Increased contrast on dorf tiles.
• All new barrel tile.

• Added alpha wizardry to the door tile to work better when inverted.
