Energy price for actions. As stamina is mp factor.

Tier 1: Free to cast (divine power.)

2: Low cost: Skills, mainly powering magic skills and hitech toys to function.

3: Relics, more powerful then obvious a stamina cost to control it.

4: Gems: Given Gems Warp universal laws, they cost a ton of power and also will power to utilize the damn thing.

Given I attempt total Creation here, having access to the Dimension Fabric of Space/Time pretty much requires max for success. This is a big spell, terrestrial even. Interstellar.

Got a new gem. Found a new ally. And Prisma can create new staves from gems.


Note, it's not really an invention, simply a copy of Prisma's Blueprint. She can create new staves as long as she has gems. Up to a point. Limit is 5 or 6, and they have to be different.


Note, 7 points left, so they go 1 into each of the new characters stats. Transfer time. +whatever her base stats are. What are her points GM?
