Hi, hope this is the right section 

Can you guys tell me which tileset are the most complete? (meaning the ones that offer a different sprite for everything)

Most of them are complete, but some share tiles between themselves. Phoebus, Ironhand, Obsidian Soul, GemSet, Taffer, CLA, DungeonSet, burnedfx, (Meph set), they are all fairly stocked with unique sprites.

Though correct me if I'm wrong, but from some random topic I've opened it seems like some had more variation?
Like a lot of dwarves heads, extra sprites for the same thing I guess.
So I think I should rephrase my question as "which tilesets offer the greater ammount of variation"?

I guess that would have to be the Meph set with the optional Vordak upgrade. (Anyone feel free to correct me)

GemSet also has unique sprites for everything and it looks gorgeous, but it's very uniform in design. Which works well, but probably doesn't count towards your variation-question.

I agree that Meph 32x32 is the most complete. I'm not sure if Vordak's addon pack for Meph would add to the completeness level. Last I checked it changed tiles, but didn't add any new ones. If there's a difference, it would probably be in the number of dwarf sprites.

The next most completed after Meph would probably be these in this order:

2. XxTatteredxX 16x16 (the Meph + Phoebus graphics pack)
3. Dungeon Set 24x24
4. Gemset 24x24
5. Rally Ho! 16x16
6. Spacefox 16x16
7. Afro 16x16 (Spacefox fork)
8. Phoebus 16x16
8. Mayday 16x16
9. Obsidian 16x16
10. Ironhand 18x18

Since Vordak uses unique heads, beards and clothing for each profession on the civ-sprites, I'd say he has quite a few more "unique" sprites than my version. I only change colors and tools/items on the dwarves.
