greatest killcount survival challenge?

Kinda random. Someone might get more kills than other players get things to kill.

but isn't killcount based on how many you killed last time,+ fortress wealth?

Although I just thought of a much greater, more impressive, insane, and suicidal challenge.

you must drain a terrifying ocean, to the ground floor, using only pumps.
no cheating with aquifers ,magma, or other methods.

Doublepost, but I have gotten ideas for the possivility of a new challenge.
Df Masters: Mountaineers.
The challengers are given a moubtain map, and are given let's say... 7 years to build 5 projects. One of the projects must be a gateway into the mountain.
Some ideas that need to go down now...

Sorry to necro, but I'm only seeing this now, Imic.

I'd be 100% fine if anyone wanted to continue DF Masters style events, whether or not they're connected to this series. I haven't played a recent enough version of DF to host one that's worth a damn, but seriously... anyone who sees this, and wants to host a fort-building or other challenge, please be my guest.

The next one I had planned (this was... almost 10 years ago, holy crap) involved some vague notion of making a dungeon or trap-filled temple, and having part of the judging process be trying to recover an artifact from it (so they could experience all the clever traps firsthand, before looking at the fort.).
