Lag spikes and general unresponsiveness

In my current fortress I embarked at a 4x4 region and currently I have 61 dwarves. The FPS shows it mostly at max as 100, but I am having some spikes and pauses frequently and sometimes the game looks like it will crash, becoming unresponsive. It is a known issue or should I report it?

If you have a save that fits one of those more or less, I'll be taking a look at those sometime for the next release, and a DFFD link in either report will ensure I catch it.

Thanks! It looks like I didnt use the right keywords while searching. I will upload the save at the 0010459 bug report ASAP.
