Yep! They're a lot more common now that the rest of the world can make artifacts. You can spot artifact makers by the title "Creator of".

Yes... the number of legendary bone carvers that have been showing up at my recent forts have been kind of ridiculous.

They should combine all their bone artifacts into a giant skeleton to fight forgotten beasts.
