Lets play Mech Card Battle! What is Mech Card Battle? SHUT UP I'll tell you honey.
Eons ago, in a time of sexy walker robots there was two total idiots working in a junkyard. And they rigged the meanest looking mech parts together into two "complete mechs" and not long after, had a fight over the affections of their pet cat. This IS that battle.
Or maybe not. Ionno, robots. Random buttons. Battle!
You will design 5 special attacks.
I will rate its power to be basic, kickass, badass, whoopass, or jackass. Edit: surprisingly, people made cards weaker than basic so I needed to add a dumbass category!
If it is basic, you will get 4 copies in your deck. If it is higher you will get less, and you will get one of my basic cards to fill in the gaps(each set of four of my basic cards is weaker than the last). If you get the jackass rating on one of your cards, I will replace a number of my basic cards with even
worse ones, depending on what it does. In extreme cases they will be cards designed to make it fail if you draw them first.
If you have cards BELOW basic(aka "dumbass" rank),
I'll give you better basic cards to fill in other gaps.("sweetass") At the start of the match I will allow you to swap out a number of your dumbass cards for sweetass cards if you wish, up to it it's "dumbass rank". You do not need to swap any if you do not want to.Your final deck will have 20 cards. A mech must have a cockpit and two legs. You may add more arms, legs, heads ect,
each trading away a special card and getting four of my basic cards to your deck.
You will divide your 20 cards into your body parts. If that part is destroyed you lose those cards.
Edit: Only the legs and cockpit can hold mixed cards(except my filler cards, which go where you assigned the originals, regardless of part).
And you must put a card(all of it actually) into an extra part! So if you want to add an arm you have to dedicate a card for it, for example.Edit: You must put atleast 1 of a card in an extra part, and if it is destroyed so are all copies of that card. One less copy will be made a filler.This game is just going to use spoilers for secret info, such as where your cards are hidden, or which card you draw.
You can have 3 cards in your hand, aka ready. To get the ball rolling here is an example of a basic card:

Hit is accuracy. Pow is attack force.
You can do a body tackle on your turn, but that will damage you aswell.

While this is in your hand, a card can instead be played as if it was this card. After using this ability you must play this card on your next turn or discard it.

When this is in your hand you do not draw cards. You may play one of your other cards as this card. If you play the last copy of this card in your hand draw 3 cards.
50% chance +4 hit.

You may choose not to discard this card when played. For X choose a number of cards from your discard pile to remove from the game, if this ability is used 2 random cards from your deck are discarded.
Some people, started shooting it not knowing what it was, and they'll continue shooting it...

Feel free to add a clause with your cards that if it would go to this rank then lower this stat or if it would be this rank change to this. I've honored that kind of thing in the past.
These are "what if" cards that have no abilities. Abilities that help other cards in your deck are "less expensive" than ones that apply directly to themselves.
A 1 hit is 55%. A move lowered to 0 hit misses. For accuracy below 55% use card description.
A card cannot have written on it more than 10 hit or 10 pow(but it can be buffed above that). Reaching these extremes will cause you to "overheat" being stunned your next turn.

Rules
1) Please do not view other's spoilers.
2) Keep things simple. I guess what I don't understand. DO NOT COMPLAIN MID-BATTLE I DON'T GIVE A DAMN.
3) Add a version number OUTSIDE of your spoiler so I know when you've made edits:
1.0.X very minor changes
1.X.0 noteworthy changes(maybe add a note at top of spoiler)
X.0.0 extensive change or reset to 1 for new mech
Change it if you last published your mech more than an hour ago. Add more digits if necessary. (below 1 means "not ready")
4) Winning will allow you another mechbay. Your old one is retired, but you can keep it for display. Anyone may view spoilers marked "retired".5) This rule used to say that abilities that help you draw cards are useless because you can't hold more than 3 cards. I have been proven wrong. (Also, you CAN discard cards. Also, you can not play a card.)
6) You always "aim" for the cockpit unless you say otherwise. A cockpit shot has an equal chance of hitting another part. A part shot
will hit that part if successful. *see 13.
7) As a rule I will not "debuff" your cards. I will only make them less annoying for me to use in the game.
My basics will tend to go in your least armored parts of the card it is filling.
9) If your hit or pow for an attack goes above 10, you will take heat damage.

Your next mech should be totally different than your previous one you brought into battle. For this reason you should stop working on a deck once I've started registering it.11) Aiming at the cockpit(default) will target a random part. If a leg is destroyed your hand size is reduced. If the cockpit is destroyed you lose.
12) Please keep your mech name inside it's spoiler.
13) If you have parts labeled "Left or Right", then there is a chance when an enemy aims at your left or right leg they will hit a different left or right part. Respectively.

A 0 hit misses. For accuracy below 55%(hit 1) use card description.for hit:
-10 is 0%, 0 is 50%, 10 is 100%15) In a 3+ player match if you manage to keep your mech a secret you do a bonus attack against your last opponent if you can guess theirs. Third-to-last player will also get to guess and can get to play one last card. If this would destroy a Mech then it is a tie between those players.
16) with your turn may also declair 'expose left' or 'expose right'. This will affect the hit chance on it and the opposite side by +1 or -1, and will make shots aimed at the cockpit not hit the away side by random and double the chance of the exposed side. Not choosing returns you to front which keeps things default. This will only take effect on the next turn and wont affect the cards played against you on the current round.
17) The winner will be allowed to reuse/update their current mech design if they want.I do make one request of you. Hosting this game is a vehicle for me to among other things improve my artwork....

If you won the previous match(what the heck are you talking about rose?) I will spend some time with you to help you get the mech you make this time look more the way you want it rather than just randomly drawing something.
