My own dwarfs hate me.

Yep I went back to a old fort which was supposedly abandoned when my new group of dwarfs arrived the fort looked totally different!Any ways when my dwarfs crept near the front door.My own dwarfs from the last fort attacked my new dwarfs and one of them was shortast my clother/Favorite mace dwarf.DARN! Well my own dwarfs hate me.

this is entirely normal, your old dwarves belong to a diffrent faction and are considered hostile
