That's for any goblin who doesn't take the time to make food that is palatable. Raw manflesh is good, though it could use some work.

I've heard of goblins showing up and somehow getting elected mayor even though all they did was just randomly murder people all the time, but has anyone had a goblin chef show up?

Red Mead (Serves Two)
Note: This recipe, while excellent, requires either lots of preparation, or really lucky snatchers.

Ingredients
22 ounces of springwater
9 ounces of honey
A good, airtight barrel
The blood of your enemies
2 pinches of any desired spice
Optional, ice

Preparation
1. Mix together honey and springwater, along with one pinch of spice.
2. Seal in barrel, in a warm, dry, spot.
3. Allow to ferment for roughly a month, ideally 40-50 days.
4. Pour drink, add in second pinch of spice.
5. Mix in blood of your enemies, preferably fresh.
6. Enjoy warm, or with ice.

Ah, a fine drink.
Tell me, does the choice of blood affect the flavor?

"While livestock, or stored blood is much easier to obtain, many goblins say that the blood of something you can call an enemy accentuates the flavor. To this, there are differences in flavor. Beasts, like olmmen, or other such 'savages' create a more robust 'kick', similar to dwarf blood. Elf blood is known to add a fruity accentuation, and human blood is just kind of bitter. Reports of goblins gaining superpowers consuming the blood of forgotten beasts, or dragons are... tenuous and unconfirmed.

Potion of Questionable Contents

Ingredients:
*One Quart, Forgotten Beast Blood
*15 Powdered Dragon-Scales
*One Quart, Tears of a Dwarf
*Carp Bones
*Elephant Ivory

Preparation:
1. Put all ingredients into cauldron, bring to low boil.
2. If it hasn't exploded yet, you've done something right!
3. Remove Ivory & Carp bones to avoid choking. (Optional)
4. Bottle in clear glass, cork.
5. Speak mumbo jumbo to bottle for 15 minutes.

Consumption:
I dunno, do you expect me to actually drink that thing? If anyone tries, tell me what happens. If you don't explode, at least. After all, my friend always used to say 'What doesn't kill you, makes you stronger.'

That is, until they drank that odd potion and exploded for no apparent reason. Anyhow, it might make you a god, it might curse, it might kill you for no reason whatsoever, who knows?!

An interesting drink... Where was this recipe learned from?

Nobody knows. A destroyed hold happened to contain a library, that among other tomes of necromancy and dark magicks, held this recipe, ostensibly written by a goblin. The writing is almost perfect, appearing as though it had been printed, though the limitations of such presumably lost technology make the script sort of patchy, in that odd way you can't describe.
