VS flabort

I think you forgot to add the star to your status. I'll draw a card...

I will attack Gyser using Endless Horde. Both are destroyed. I gain 1 star and a copy of Endless Horde is added to my hand.

I will now play Apprentice Necromancer!

I pay 1 star to bring a card in your discard pile to my side of the field. I choose Geyser+Slum! It explicitly states that they count as one card after all~

This ends my turn.

You are right, I did forget to add my star.

VS flabort

I draw a card, then an additional card from Slum's effect. I also lose 2 hearts.

I will now play Call of the Grave! I discard 4 cards!

Spoiler: discarded (click to show/hide)

2 endless hordes are created and added to my hand and I gain 2 stars! Discarding Corpserot disease allows me to deal 1 damage to one of your cards. I choose quicksand, destroying it and moving it to my discard pile.

This also activates 4 effects! Rolls are 2, 4, 3 and 2. You discard 2 cards, I gain a star and I draw a card!

I will play a Vengeful Spirit from my discard pile, and end my turn.

Edit: Previously forgot about Undying Skeleton. Its been in discard for 3 turns so now it gets played at the cost of 1 star!

VS flabort

My plan was to bait you into attacking something that you shouldn't... But you not attacking plays into my hand just as well. I draw 2 cards and take 2 damage at the start of my turn.

Time to take control of the field. First I attack (Beach + Military Base) with my Vengeful Spirit. Vengeful Spirit is destroyed, but the important thing is that your card(s) is reduced to 4 hearts.

Now I play Extinguish Life!

I choose the first effect. Beach + Military Base is destroyed and sent to my discard pile.

I am now free to attack Quicksand (Token) with my Undying Skeleton, destroying it and reducing my skeleton to 2 hearts.

Then my (Geyser + Slum) attacks your Quicksand (Non-token) to destroy it, and reducing that card to 5 hearts.

This ends my turn.

Of the cards I have left... well, I guess the smarter of the two cards I can play is Quicksand.

VS flabort

Yeah, I think this ends it. First I draw 2 cards and lose 2 hearts.

I attack Quicksand with Undying skeleton to destroy it, then attack you directly with Geyser+Slum to deal 8 hearts of damage. I think that's game.

He has ways to interact with both the board and the discard that nobody's decks up until very recently account for. And his deck can handle situations very efficiently.

Yeah, I figure maybe I would lose a 3 player game where a reputation like that would certainly not help me. My deck has a a lot of versatility with cards that can be used in several different ways as well as some situational cards that shine when my opponent would otherwise have some kind of advantage. This lets me outplay an opponent in the early game and defeat problem cards in a timely manner. And call of the grave + endless horde is just such an amazing combo.

This is a game that rewards creativity. Come up with a card idea that will just boggle your opponent's mind and throw them off their game! Tip: Very specific conditional effects are a great way to get a lot of mileage out of a card without blowing all your stars. My deck still has two cards that I haven't even played and I guarantee that the NQT would nerf one of them if I use it to its full potential.

I'd like to play another game of this. I don't know whether Supernerd wants to use his undeath deck again, or whether someone else wants to get involved.

I'm willing to play. Just as soon as the most recent cards I submitted get finalized.

I'd also be up for another game, but I want to challenge frostgiant if they're willing; if not, I'd be willing to play anyone but Supernerd (not ready for a grudge match) or NQT (same reason).

What with the recent suggestion game, it might be time to revive this.

Does anyone want to go up against a Smash Up! style completely random mix made up of half my Revolution deck and half my Forest deck? Half the synergy, twice the mayhem?
