Tasty vermin
« on: April 18, 2008, 10:02:00 pm »

Attempting to clear the vermin from the food stockpiles, Mesttos Fikoditdun took up the task of trapping the little buggers.  Trap in hand, he happens to pass by a glowing fairy.  "Why not?" he asks himself, and grabs the poor little thing and stuffs her into a cage.

Momuz Idshameb must have been watching the whole thing, because as soon as the fairy hits the stockpile, he quickly snatches her up and pops her into his mouth for a nice "light" snack.

Mmmmmm, fairy.

Hey, they're good for Link.  And what's good for elves for some reason also happens to be good for dwarves, just that the dwarves aren't so squeamish about it.

For some reason dwarves seem to prefer live vermin if it's available. Not only is this mind-boggling but it makes it damn hard to start a pet store.

I imagine it's like eating a tiny, meaty roach.

I never thought about him eating them... more like letting them out and they healed him for being the nice guy who "set them free"

I managed some success at keeping vermin alive by forbidding my fluffy wamblers until they could be tamed.

Unfortunately, no-one ever adopted them.
