Ectobiology.lua Issues

So Putnam Ectobiology.lua is having some issues. For some reason two people don't show up in the ectobiology screen and their not pregnant so i don't know what the issue is. I'm asking because a few months you said i should be a guinea pig for this sort of stuff

Which one, freeform or easy? Are they full citizens? Are they the same race as the fort race?

Freeform they are full citizens and are the same race as the fort race. Also my dudes cannot mine out anything anymore.

Can't mine anything? That's significantly weirder. It may be an extraneous problem. Post the save.
