What to do about the wrench
« on: November 13, 2017, 06:14:22 am »

So there's often that one guy. Game hosts often will know what I'm talking about. That person that doesn't post their turn. But it's not because they haven't logged on. They're still active in other games. In joining the game they should already know that stalling makes everyone playing have to wait.

I realize complaining about this kind of person doesn't do a thing. So I am reaching out to help myself mentally cope with this by seeking outside opinions. For me this has been kind of a sore spot in my forum game experience, one of those faith in humanity declining things.

Perhaps they are shy or embarrassed to say that they want to quit?

It is absolutely necessary, for the peace and safety of mankind, that some of earth's dark, dead corners and unplumbed depths be left alone; lest sleeping abnormalities wake to resurgent life, and blasphemously surviving nightmares squirm and splash out of their black lairs to newer and wider conquests.

Solution: tighter deadlines.
