Our newer Corporal decides Brother Kaos needs some extra training, which goes quite well. Always glad to have a Brawler around so this event can happen!
I chose the Teach him to Brawl option, and Kaos now has +2 to Melee Attack and Defense, which is very valuable.
Payday! And the townspeople really don't seem to care that we didn't get rid of the skeletons, so that's a plus.
While we're here and the townsfolk are happy with us we sell off that silverware we got from the zombies and pick up some cheap wine to sell later.
We'll head up to the stone keep to sell the wine and then go down to Seefeld to see if they have work for us.
Not exactly a huge profit, but better than nothing.
We also pick up some more tools here since they're pretty cheap. Cuts down on the Banner fund, but I don't like to turn down cheap tools. You always regret not having them.
Ok, hopefully Seefled has work for us!
Ah, a 2-skull. Promising.
You want to pay us 150 crowns to escort a caravan right back up the short road we came down to get here?
Yeah. Sure.
(How is this a 2-skull?)
Well, let's go.
Nice and easy. I like jobs like that.
Ok, let's go see if Seestadt has anything for us.
...It didn't. Two jobs, both
really far Caravan escorts that would probably get us killed.
I think we'll just go see if we can some more Dye trading to make the rest of the money we need for the Banner.
Well...that's not great. Pity they don't have a mission we can do that'd make the Dyes cheaper.
Not an amazing profit, but it pays the bills for today.
I think next time we'll go north and see what jobs the towns up there have for us. Give the southern loop a bit of time to replenish.
