This mod allows your dwarves to bake forge dwarven bread from cave wheat, booze, and rocks.  Dwarven bread is a non-perishable food item that does not need to be stored in stockpiles, as rats will refuse to touch it.

Dwarven bread can be baked into various shapes: loaves make good building materials, muffins can be launched from dwarven muffin launchers, and baguettes make quite effective weapons.  There is nothing quite as dwarfy as caving in an enemy's skull with a baguette forged with booze, rocks, and magma.

And, in a pinch, you can even eat it!  The experience of eating dwarven bread is said to be so unpleasant that it makes other hardships look tame by comparison.  As a result, eating it will cause bad thoughts, but it will also make your dwarves less vulnerable to stress overall.

No bread furniture is included, but it's simple enough to add.

It should work fine in the current version.

I’ll have to do that. Then I just need to get a masterwork (or artifact if possible) scone throne. Then get it stolen, go on a quest, find it destroyed, and replace it. Well, probably not, but at least I could give a scone throne to my kings.
