That looks just like Agnés Oblige.

Name:Dillea Pheúxxe
Backstory: Born and raised by European (or this world's equivalent) parents, who followed their dreams and moved to the Far East (or it's equivalent). Curious from a young age, her desire to know the why's of everything led her to take interest in magic. Having learned about the mystical world from numerous beings, man, spirit, and even animal alike, her knowledge of the mystic arts covers a wide range of types, from healing to conjuration, invoking elements to even transfiguration. She isn't able to apply all of it, though, and, when she grows up, would like to have enough mastery in each subject to be able to travel the world alone and teach others about the many magics of the world.

Work on a potential forum game for my return to Bay12. Figure out parts that puzzled me before. Find more things to figure out that I can't. Work on another game instead of solving them. Get distracted and stop working. Remember it a week or two later. Remember I'm still on hiatus. Illogically, Be too ashamed to return yet. Repeat ad nauseam.

Finally have a game completely ready. Wait a week before posting it out of laziness.

Name: Leeza (real name Eliza Pagranski)

Backstory: born and raised by ambiguously European parents who followed their dreams and lived off their parents' trust fund money in a secluded mansion in Switzerland, Leeza-Leeza has spent most of her life in a secluded boarding school on the other side of Switzerland, where she has kept herself busy doing a great number of things she suspects her parents would disapprove of, such as wearing a lot of makeup, staying up late at night, swearing when the teachers aren't looking, cultivating suspect relationships with her peers and others and dealing weed, cigarettes and sometimes a little poached Adderall to her growing circle of regulars. She feels like she'd love getting a PhD in literature someday, not that she's a big reader or anything, she just likes the sound of it, or maybe she could like join the Swiss military or something, that'd show Mom and Dad. Then go into, like, military intelligence. Can you be a spy for Switzerland if you're not Swiss? She thinks Dad is like German or French or maybe Belgian, he comes from one of those places where it's kind of all three at the same time. Or she could be like a really rich poet who just sits in her mansion all day and sometimes goes out to talk to the wind or whatever the hell it is that poets do. Maybe a painter? Shit, all of that if possible.

It was a bit of hard choice, but I'm going with the Leeza.
