Firstly, let me apologise about Bethesda references. This world was created over 20 years ago, and I've spent 3 years making a pbm game based on a slightly future version of that world.

It is being TESTED right now, so is free to play. It begins as a tribal game, 1 to 3 tribes, but can be political, war, religious and many other things too, opening up new sections. I would invite you to try testing. I can send a little zip file with turn examples, a set up example, rules, a player aid and a few other bits too.
