Why can't I make ink?

Hi, I've a problem and I Hope you know the answer.
I've got the New masterwork version(2016,september), and I can't make ink. I've been at the Scriptorium, craftdwaf's, and I can't find it. I've the jugs, the ash and qyire. Can somebody tell me where do I make ink, and, if it is on the craftdwaf's, tell me the Keys I have to input.
