The crazy dwarf who lived in a sock. Of course he is neighbors to the old woman who lives in a shoe. Lots of foot apparel housing units down pedicure lane. Unfortunately, the dwarf and the woman are not on good terms. The latter having borrowed some shoe lace from the former and not returning it. Not her fault really, there has been a rash of fires recently. A dragon moved into the wool stocking at the far end of the lane and the neighborhood has been headed down hill ever since.
