Modding Group Names

I know how to mod the naming options for anything where the entity raws point to the language_SYM.txt file (e.g roads, wars) or that have a NAME_ entry in the symbols file independent of entities (tundras, deserts, oceans).

However, the names of groups of dwarves don't appear there. (Founding groups for fortresses, civilizations, groups reclaiming ruins, etc.) I'd like to mod how these names are generated; is there a way to do that? (Also: is it possible to mod how fortresses/hillocs are named?)

Is this biome reanimating? I really don't want to know what happens when "absurd numbers of megabeasts" is combined with "reanimating biomes".
