For a community fortress, I need a seed with the following (from .38a, in case there's some lack of compatibility).

Must Have:
Large amounts of sand
Magma
A Water Source
Be a warm or hot climate, preferably warm

Should Have:
A Chasm
Zombies/Skeletons

Bonuses:
Trees
Good Metal

Also, an aquifer is tolerable, but I will take a non-aquifer seed over an aquifer seed. And only single layer aquifers; none of those demonic double layer ones.

You just need to find a Terrifying forest with marble somewhere in it, with an exposed vent. It's pretty common, actually.

I heard terrifying doesn't have zombies.

And I've tried three seeds, none of which had any of this.
