In Breadbowl, the adult daughter of the Overseer was depressed and attacked the Miss Mayor and messed up the Mayor's legs bad. 

The Mayor shed tears from the pain.  The adult daughter was also in tears.

The Mayor has a grudge with the Duke.  But the Duke witnessed the attack, picked up the Mayor and bring her to the hospital.  The Duke had tears.

The Duke said to the Overseer that he is now Captain of the Guard which left the Overseer in tears on how to not smash an artifact silver mace through the head of his own daughter.
