Forgive me, i am not particularly fond nor familiar with alcoholic drinks.

This is not a gameplay related question explicitly, but the name "gutter crour" i can't find any trace of in the real or fictional world and i wanted to know how it was derived so we can get a estimation (partially because i want to emulate 'cruor' across other evil plants to my own purposes of stocking goblin taverns) of its properties and particular category.

Doing a few quick searches around, the most prevalent use for the word i have found is a blood clot and the thick qualities of blood. So taking a guess, gutter cruor aesthetically would look like thick black/dark grey sludge (based off silver dye, produced from silver barbs) and have blood like texture (or perhaps something similar like too much flour agent in it causing clumps to recreate as described a bunch of clots)

If its really going for being close to the properties of blood also, we can speculate it is also sharp and metallic in taste, even if it doesn't even taste that good (with the additional alcohol content it could be like moonshine, perhaps the silver-barbs have ethanol/slight methanol content in them) so strong stuff that'll knock your socks off as long as it doesn't kill you (which the methanol and other contaminants will try).

No wonder its not in high value demand.

That's the only context I know it from.  A brilliant name for a nasty sludgy evil drink.

I always imagined gutter cruor as clear watery liquid, basically rubbing alcohol, with grey flakes of shredded sliver barb slowly falling to the bottom of the glass/mug/barrel only to rise again after a slight disturbance. Kinda like centrifuged blood, but grey and clear instead of red and yellow.

I imagine sliver barb as dark grey agave with cactus spines all over its leaves and thick black juice.

I meant as a byproduct of the plant. If the dye is black (i was already aware of that, that's why i mentioned it) then there is a good likelihood the product in by drinking a distilled version of it will be pretty similar.
