Human Wagons

Hi i finally managed to get those nasty humans wagons to my depot.(outside)
And when they arrive there they do... yes exactly nothing...
they just stand there and dont unload.. do i have to do anything ?

solution :

dont have multiple trade depots...
at least not with a mixed accessability...
