I'm going crazy

I just want it to look like a screenshot I saw of Taffer's tileset with the soyuz color scheme, but the dwarfs are looking like neanderthal dudes, image below

How do I get this to work?    (meaning dwarf becomes blue smiling faces like in taffer's tileset preview images)
Also LNP is only adding an extra layer of complexity to this process...I am replacing both files inside the dwarf fortress folder and LNP folder and this still doesn't work right...

I figured it out x_x After a lot of struggle, I realized that my save game had a graphics folder too in it, replaced that and it now works properly 
Look at that happy drunk faces xD
