Get as close to a window as I can while still being out of site if the distraction manages to make a hover bike get close enough to the window for a jump jet attack, leap onto one using my jump jets and try to highjack it with my tool palms.

TheBiggerFish, yes it's too OP and we already have a cyborg bounty hunter role within the group. The classes generally have 3 solid powers and some minors or need to take chances to use them. Try and think of something that adds  a different flavor of abilities to the group. There was a section about interdimensional beings in the adventure write up:
...Don't use magic- The interdimensional beings outside our walls are attracted to  magic energies ....
You could have a very different appearance and consume mage/psychic blood to boost your innate abilities. You could also have a bonus to tracking mages and psychic beings. Plus some gizmos that don't exist in our universe. Or you could choose something entirely different but make sure it's not redundant to the group.

I suggest some changes
Name: Vashzt Sezdin.
Description: Take a bunch of purple in a humanoid shape with a human mask.  Wrap it in some cloth for propriety.  Or maybe the cloth is part of it.  Who knows.  Add a dose of magic and whizmos, which are like gizmos, but with magic. Stick it in a corporate city. Watch it become an assassin.  (Splitting the difference between bounty hunter and mage here.  But mostly bounty hunter-esque.)It's  mission is to infiltrate a corporate Megacity and learn the weakness in it's security and defenses.

Etheric Bounty HunterInfiltrator
64 Etheric Augmentations, (+1 Dodge rolls) (+1 Strike Rolls etheric rifle only) (+1 Tracking Skills Magic or psychic only)(Killing a mage or psychic instantly heals all wounds, gives a feeling of euphoria and makes the next roll an automatic 5)
Equipment:
Realistic human face mask, to avoid detection. Not good enough to pass thorough investigation.
Etheric Rifle: Drains Etheric energies to create a powerful burst of energies that emit from the barrel like a an electric discharge. Never seems to run out of ammo. Humans aren't capable of operating the device or understanding the technological principles and construction of the weapon. A burst temporarily creates an anti-magic area (10' radius) for the next turn.
Etheric Capacitor: Any time a gadget with Etheric origins,psychic power or a magic spell, overshoots within range of the Etheric Capacitor(10' radius), this device gains a point of Etheric Charge per point of overshoot [e.g. 6=1, 7=2] from siphoning some of the excess energies.(Maximum Charge is 3 points).  Etheric Charge can be expended to affect the results of magic/Etheric rolls as they happen, bringing them as close to a 54 as possible if they are below 54.
Gains 1 point passively every 4 hours.
Etheric Shock Gauntlets: Like a taser, only slightly less reliable than a taser(Malfuntion roll).  Shoots a glob of lightning at stuff(range 10').  Can drain electricity to add to rolls (MAY OVERSHOOT HORRIBLY e.g. drawing from mains power.)
Etheric Tacticum (2 modules): +1 Observation.  Observation rolls cannot cause an overshoot, but still count for Etheric Capacitor when they do. Observation rolls cannot critfail.
Cloak of Shadows (2 modules):
Passive Mode: +1 to Stealth (cannot make an overshoot, overshoots still count for Etheric Capacitor). 
Active Mode: Drain [2*people] Etheric Charge to generate a 5-level cloak for any number of people that lasts up to 3 turns.
Status: Healthy (for now!)
