Maybe he just needed to bake a little longer

Maybe he just needed to bake a little longer

Yeah, that is the most reasonable cause for such a change.

That's some fridge genius.  Princess Bubblegum said early on in the show that he was only half-baked.  So he visits Fire Kingdom... and believes he's been inspired to become a better person by Fire Princess.

I'm not sure he became full baked. I used to believe it until "The Cooler" episode, when his old idiotic tendencies started rearing their head again. I'm thinking Flame Princess just gives him something better to focus on. He's still stupid, but his mind tends not to wander so much when he's actively protecting the princess.

Maybe the flame kingdom isn't hot enough to fully bake him

Or maybe they were afraid of the INCREDIBLE horrible implications of having a "Half-baked" character suddenly become "Whole"... and what that possibly projects onto certain communities.

Which is why "I" personally think they made him stupid again.

Since lets face it, this is Adventure time. Not Lawnmower man.

So, that latest adventure time episode. Diiiidn't really like it al that much. But I read some of the comics, and those are fun.

Still waiting for new bravest warriors season. Or for cartoon hangover to continue any of their shows really. They haven't brought out any real content in a while it seems (well, there's Fin Punch I guess).

You mean the one about aqua-park, right? I didn't like it either. AT is good enough as is, I couldn't see why they would change style like that.

Did I tell you guys I had an Adventure Time overdose once?

It was a guest animator episode. It's not even canon.

It wasn't? Hmm. Not that it'd really matter if it were though, nothing of note actually happened. Felt like filler. The ep before, with the cosmic owl, might've felt a lil' rushed, but at least it was exciting and intriguing!

They do that sometimes. Like in the one with the computer virus that was destroying the world

Just finished getting caught up on Season 7 of Adventure Time, in prep for Season 8. Really enjoyed the new bits of Ooo history and worldbuilding, and glad to see all the airtime Marcy and Bonnie have been getting to themselves, between Varmints, Mama Said, and the Marceline miniseries. I love how we've been getting to see different sides of them, and of some of the other characters too. Even the Ice King has been getting some interesting stuff, especially now that his and Betty's conditions are being paralleled. They even got Rebecca Sugar away from Steven Universe for long enough to compose again and do a bit of voice acting, which was nice!

The lyrics to Everything Stays are a pretty good symbol for how the characters have been growing and changing in little ways. It's good to see.

Yeah, Everything Stays was a nice song. I actually heard it first on youtube, when I fell out of touch with AT - a recording of Rebecca Sugar singing it, accompanying herself on her ukulele.

This is why I rushed myself to catch up on season 7, after I sort of dropped it after season 6 and moved on to SU. I felt like I had about enough of AT world, and I still feel like it, but for some reason I keep watching anyway.

Adventure Time is still my favorite TV show ever.  Don't think I could ever get enough of it.  I do have some catching up to do...
