Name: On her first declaration and thus Union records, she calls herself Kouika Musume. Of course, as she doesn’t think mere mortals can say this, she prefers to be called Kyoko.

Race: Mysterious Being. Claims to be a Cuttlefish and an ‘Envoy of the Ocean’.
Gender/Sex: Cis/Female
Description: She is fairly short for her age, around the short end of five feet. She constantly wears a brown, saggy hat that slumps downwards towards the back. She claims that if this hat is ever taken off of her, she’ll die; and thus far, it has proven impossible to actually remove it by force without suffering attacks from Kyoko. Her long, red hair reaches down past her waist, and it seems to be able to form tentacle-like appendages, more prehensile than tentacles and capable of great feats of strength. Her normal clothing, aside from her hat, generally consists of a long, plain brown dress reaching down to her knees, with red boots and a pair of red bangles. Her eyes are a deep red.
Perks:
Envoy of the Ocean: Kyoko hails from the sea and is a proud ‘Envoy of the Oceans’. Kyoko absorbs all water-elemental attacks, is immune to drowning and gains doubled Agility while underwater.
Why Did It Have To Be Tentacles: Exactly what it says on the tin. When calculating strength, she has a +5 to strength and she deals x1.5 physical damage.
Ineffectual Villain: Kyoko’s obsession with conquering the surface contrasts much with her inability to actually do it, lending her a certain ditzy appeal among her followers. +10 bonus to Fame/Infamy rolls.
It’s Not Like I Wanted To Help You Or Anything: Kyoko’s purpose is to conquer the world. She definitely has no interest in helping people out with their problems and she’s only defending the world because she wants to conquer it, not because she likes it or something. If assisting an ally’s action, the ally gains x1.5 damage or healing effectiveness or +5 to the roll they’re attempting to succeed.

If the enemy is caught, they must roll [(Phys Attack + Str Modifiers) vs (Kyoko’s Phys Attack + Str Modifiers)] every turn for three turns to escape, with +2 added every time they fail. While grasped, Kyoko will deal 1d6 unresisted damage to the opponent and the opponent so caught is unable to take any action except to escape Kyoko. Kyoko can catch two opponents with Grasp, but if she catches two, she will be unable to attack or use any of her skills except Sepia Cloud and Water Spout. (Phys)
Sepia Cloud: Kyoko sprays sepia pigment at her opponents to escape harm. Opponents sprayed with Sepia Cloud have a 30% chance of missing until the ink washes off or three turns have passed.
Tentacle Clothesline: Kyoko catches an enemy on her tentacle, slapping them into the ground. Stuns an opponent as they attempt to pull themselves up. One turn cooldown, cannot be used on someone who was stunned a turn prior.
Hard Body: Kyoko’s bodily structure is very sturdy, as befits a cuttlefish girl. x1.5 Defense. Passive.
Water Spout: Kyoko channels a burst of water (not saliva, actual pure water) through her mouth, spraying an enemy with it. (Special)
All-Out Tentacular Attack: Kyoko directs all of her tentacles towards an opponent, crushing them and dealing [Physical Damage + 8d[Weapon d*] damage with her tentacles. Once per five turns. (Physical)
Other: Has a tendency to make puns about the sea and marine life. Whether or not this is linked to her status as a Mysterious Being from the sea is unknown.
