Prisoner Economy (Warlocks)

So I have decided to play warlocks, and I noticed that I can have prisoners, not just regular prisoners, but one of each race. and I wanna get the biggest bang for my buck and make a small meat economy out of them and I wanna know if their is any difference between the races.

Which prisoner is the best

Orcs are largest, therefore should give the most meat.
