Artificer's Workshop & Clockwork Automaton Workshop not appearing in menu

I've been trying to make a clockwork creature, but I noticed this was missing from the workshop menu. Am I looking in the wrong place?

are u using masterwork or reborn? i think reborn has some incomplete features but not sure about gnome automaton workshop and artificers.
