How do i satisfy Eat Good Meal, Be Extravagant, Help Somebody and Take it Easy?

Wear nice clothes and gold jewelry.
Rescue children, beat up bandits.
You may need to find out what your favorite food is to satisfy meal eating needs.

Take it easy? Try hanging out at the tavern for a while.

Also remember you can customize your champion's preferences.  I always try to design a violent homicidal psychopath and it usually works out.

Kind of...boring to play the same character every time though?

Trying to figure out how to satisfy the needs of your adventurer can be part of the fun of playing (at least, theoretically. Once all needs can actually be satisfied - make romance probably won't get satisfied for a while...).
