'a', I believe. The key bindings are available in the pane at the right side of the screen.

Is your menu off for some reason?
You can get it back by pressing Tab a few times to set the main view.

(Wonders if we're finally getting to the root of all the odd 'too many hotkeys to "remember" complaints aimed at DF fortress mode).
