So, I was mining towards the magma layer and I put a up stair unintentionally. When a dwarf removed it, he got stuck and I was unable to build a up stair again or a Up/Down stair too. I tried to channel a tile so he could go into the ramp but he can't do that. Any idea of what did I fucked up? (I have two miners, one of them is not stuck)

Designate a ramp then designate a dig to either side one level up.  The miner can dig up from a ramp, but can't actually go up unless the space it's moving to is above a wall.  Once the dig is complete your miner should be able to reach the stairs again.

I usually dig an Up stair beside tile the dorf is stuck on, and a down stair on the tile above it. The dorf ought to have been able to rebuild the Up stair, though, I thought, but it might be that building an Up stair requires you to stand beside the tile you're building on, and doing it from a pre existing stair is a special case.
