They are eventually led to a locked room labelled 'Investigation Room 23d'. The man unlocks the door and ushers them inside.

Inside the surprisingly spacious room is a rather large table with several chairs situated around it, along with several metal cupboards and shelves. On the table are what seem to be the remains of... well, something made of metal. What they actually are seems unclear at best, though. There's also a piece of paper set near these remains, and several photos of what looks like a highly-damaged two-storey building and the alley near it.

"Please, take a seat, and then I can debrief you on the case we have for you."

With that, the man sits at the head of the table, and looks at the assembled group expectantly.

With a flourish, Literally Unlimited Minions takes a seat in one of the chairs, a quickly summoned bitty slime dispelled after pulling his chair out for him.

Cress's face takes on a serious look and she nods sitting down putting her fist underneath her chin.
cress looks at all the things on the table.

Amber sits next to Shard and puts her feet up as well, with the opposite foot on top.

Psyche hovers in midair, but protectively near Blastette/Mary.

Mary sits down much like everyone else, looking up and taking note of Psyche before turning her gaze to the items on the table.

Tobias takes a seat and places a hand on his chin, observing his companions more than the metallic remains.

Amber, for her part, seems rather casual and relaxed. Like she was over at a good friend's house.
And her clothes were wholly inappropriate.
