Being overall awesome is a plus

You know, sometimes it is quite funny reading job descriptions.

In one job description for a software developer, I've found this:
"Being overall awesome is a plus"

So, what is being overall awesome, is there a scientific description for this available to decide if I belong to this special group, lol.

Its usually decided by fiddling contest against the devil. And if you win you get this shiny fiddle made of gold.  If you lose you get a fiddle of silver as second prize

It was previously produced by Studio Gainax, but they decided to subcontract it to Trigger.
