whoudent it be nice to use all this items that are degradable like cloth bones remains and so forth thing you dont use and put in to a workshop or some other thing and make a compost and make soil with it.  and then have an item nnamed soil you can take out and use a mindcart or wagon or something to move it to a plase and make farmable earth or even use it as fertaliser . whoud be a good way to get all this unusable cloth and remains out of the way without using magma or atomsmasher .

This whoud be a farming job.

I prefer to use bones for producing bone crafts and bone bolts. Now, cartilage and other butchering products that can't be used for anything, on the other hand? I would gladly look forward to being able to use those as fertilizers. Likewise, I would appreciate being able use worn-out clothes as fertilizer, though you'd need to convince me that is would be easy to manage.

Hopefully this will be part of the farming release.
Yes, hopefully it will be. There is no doubt in my mind that the farming release will make farmer harder in general; releasing "free" fertilizer at the same time might curb the sting for people who got too comfortable with the easymode farming we have now.

Someday, there will be an update that changes farming dramatically, and that update shall forever be known as the farming release, for that is what we'll remember it for.

And it'll be a fairly big release, because one of things that needs implementing is npc farming, as right now they don't. Linked to economy, famine riots and seven samurai type adventuring.
