Iv been using perfect world creator but all my forests, every single one is temperate! How do i get a single tropical one!

Lower drainage? Should make for a wetter, swampier environment.

Rainfall and drainage only seem to affect whether an area is a coniferous or broadleaf forest, not whether it's tropical or temperate.

If you're sure it's not based on temperature, it might be based on latitude. Make sure you have at least one pole.

If you are using custom temperature map instead of the default poles you can't get all the biomes. The topic has come up a couple of times in the Perfect World thread, it's on the last few pages if you are interested. Latitude issues was the best guess as it's part of what defines tropical parts of the world in real life.

RL tropics are defined by latitude, but yes, tropical forests are high rain.
