Most Valued/Infamous Followers

Go ahead and share stories about your favorite (or not so favorite) followers, that go through thick and thin to keep you safe from those cutthroat Bogeyman.

I have an Axe(wo)man that has been with me for quite a few months in game, that just keeps on trucking despite numerous injuries. She first got beaten to near death by a group of Goblins during a town invasion, receiving numerous cuts and lacerations on her legs and head, and having most of her teeth kicked in . I assumed she was a goner considering she was bleeding and unconscious on the ground, so I begrudgingly left her on the ground and went on my way. About a month later, she suddenly just turns up out of the blue and jumps back into formation. Now no matter what we come across, she never runs like a coward from Mega-Beasts, and charges headlong into battle.

We just fought a Roc today, and she got her arm bitten off mid-battle, and was thrown 30 feet away across the clearing. After hitting the ground, she just got right back up, bleeding profusely, and ran back up to help me beat its unconscious face in. After writing a quick poem, her bleeding had stopped, and she's raring and ready to continue on with the adventure. I figured at this point she needed a nickname. "Determinator" sounds appropriate enough.

My best companion was my own servered right arm that I lost fighting bandits. I decided to keep my arm to remind me of the hardships I had overcome... and also to frighten young children.

Then one day I took over a necromancer tower and became a necromancer. The first thing I did was bring my arm back to life.
Me and Army were best friends. We did oh so many things together, murdering villagers, stealing from keeps.

That is until I decided to have an arm wrestle with it. He didn't take too kindly to that and turned my brain into a pile of mush.   :'(

RIP Army: 250-250 (Even though it was me who died)

My own adventurer, Etar Shatterfist the Peaceful Reign of Violence barreling past me to tackle a werelizard off of a kid in a library so I could pick it in the brain was pretty damn awesome.

Dwarven Gelder, 2 former goblin prisoners i turned into vamps, and 3 weregiraffes. One of the werebeasts is a naked dwarf who dual wields plump helmets with deadly efficiency, i burst out laughing when she exploded someones head with a plump helmet. Made a travelling group named Deathangel the God-forsaken Deification of Blood, considering the members i think the name fits.

I just added a new addition to my travelling band, the former ruler of the civ i now control. First i tricked him into drinking vampire blood from a pitcheblende mug, accused him of being a night creature, claimed the site for myself, and voila i get the message i am the new master. He was spitting at me, telling me he hated me, that is until he saw how light on my feet i was with a little mooseman dance. He then graciously accepted the honor of travelling the world to entertain. I even named the site after him "Beguiledfool the Night-creature of Blood".
