" as part of a procession"

I was checking out a forgotten beast in legends mode and I saw this:

"In 135, midspring, (Felsite, 1) Bocash devoured UNKNOWN HISTORICAL FIGURE in Talkedlens. In The rampage of Bocash in Talkedlens as part of a procession."

Anyone know what "part of a procession" means? I'm imagining a little parade of people going to impress the FB.

Maybe they were giving sacrifices to it. Do they think of it as a deity?

Processions are parts of the new festivals, I think. Maybe the FB crashed the party?
