1. Ask out that girl you like. Yeah, there's some potential for heartbreak there, but there's also the potential to make both of you very happy.
2. Get promoted at work, or get another job or more hours or something. You may not need a lot of money now, but you will for future things. Like...
3. Move out of parents' place.
4. Take improv classes or something of the sort.
5. Maybe do more social things with people.
6. Get through NaNoWriMo. Or at least do more than a single update this time.
7. Can't think of anything else; guess I'm otherwise perfect.
1. Turned out she had a boyfriend. We talked about hanging out as friends, but had scheduling problems and kind of drifted apart. Oh well.
2. Not really. I'm getting paid a bit better, which is nice.
3. But not nice enough for that.
4. Did this, and so glad I did! This led to me participating in a live improv reality show thing, starting to do stand up comedy, and meeting so many great people!
5. Yeah. Besides going to do stand up every week (and D&D still), I've done a few social things with other comics. It's an improvement over last year, but I could do better, and hopefully will.
6. Didn't do NaNoWriMo this year, since I've been focusing on writing stand up material, running an active
Twitter account, was finishing up my last improv class, and am working on an upcoming D&D adventure to run for my group. Honestly, it's possible, I could still have done it, but I realized that writing a book was something other people wanted me to do (esp. my mom), maybe something I wanted to have done, but not something I truly wanted to do, at least not at this point in time.
7. Damn straight!
I've done a lot of things this year that I'm pretty proud of, and honestly I think I might be generally happier at this point in time than I've ever been in my life.
