When I was discussing the thingy with Sheb, I thought that province-turnover occurs after all attacks have landed and not at the same time the Capital is taken. I thought there was some kind of order there D:

I wanted to get those provinces for the research THEN return it to Sheb, thinking that there'd only be 3 provinces to cover the 50% shift (wherein I didn't take in the northern island >_>).
...I dislike this turn of events ._. But from a tactical view disregarding previous events, I would've liked it.
