Fb2 reader for Windows convertible PC

So I got a new convertible PC, which I intend to eventually replace my android tablet. Problem is, I can't seem to find a decent app for reading ebooks that works properly in tactile mode. Any suggestions?

Calibre itself has a built in reader but not sure about touch controls. What about the various manga readers? Don't they have a click-to-advance interface?
