Should Law be the one that rolls a d100 and chaos be the one that rolls the d6? How do bonuses interact with the different dice?

Chaos adds more chances for massive failure, and massive success
Law Guarantees that you have a chance at success and failure with out as many possibilities for either


Bonuses increase your "Base power" in whatever regard they are applied, as in: +1 on a D6 = +15 on a D100
