Your favored Android OS simple folder music apps?
« on: September 28, 2015, 03:39:32 pm »

Tell me what you like and why when it comes to music apps that DO NOT use ID3 tags and such to organize. I want the folder structure based apps. My music is already broken into artist folders with album subfolders. Their ID3 tags are all over the place and completely unreliable. I have FLAC, MP3, and OGG files. Folders just work. I used to use andLess but it doesn't like Android 4 folders. I'm using Folder Player for now. I don't shuffle at all so that's all quite useless to me as are playlists.

I'm using MX Player, which seems to work pretty well. The default Android player also has an option on going by folder, but I don't think it plays quite a few common filetypes - I'm not sure if MX does either, but it certainly plays more. It's got a fairly nice straightforward interface as well.

Folder Player. It plays music. In folders. On android. Lets you set a home directory to start in too, in case you don't want to navigate to your music folders. Also has a play from entire folder option, along with the expected shuffle & repeat functions. Not sure if it handles flac, but its worked plenty fine for me. (though I would second mx player for video. That it does well at.)

It's known as the Oppai-Kaiju effect. The islands of Japan generate a sort anti-gravity field, which allows breasts to behave as if in microgravity. It's also what allows Godzilla and friends to become 50 stories tall, and lets ninjas run up the side of a skyscraper.
