Embark Anywhere?

So I really want to embark on top of a mountain, but I can't find any tools to allow me to.

DFHack has a tool called "Embark Anywhere" https://github.com/DFHack/dfhack#embark-tools

You can also search in the forums, there's a thread about it somewhere.
