Starring:Chrono Warriors, Ready to Strike! (part 1) In the year 4004, the Milky Way Galaxy is at the peak of civilizational progress the star systems are more interconnected than ever, but war is still rampaging across many planets, for there's an ever-rising demand for aur a highly potent element, used as the primary energy source for FTL jump drives which power the gargantuan interstellar network.
During the assault of the planet Segtonica, Sgt. Mallard and his squad (consisting of Komet, Larry, Kraya and Dr. Agon, supporting the rest in the spaceship above) come across a strange pyramid structure which they assumed to be an aur storage facility and despite General Pomidor himself objecting against the squad entering it, the duck officer made his way into the building.
Inside he found no aur (much to his dismay) but instead saw a large elevated platform which he foolishly stepped on this resulted in a giant blast of purple energy knocking him back, alarming the rest of his squad into the structure.
What they saw was unlike anything they witnessed before a strange rift in the time-space continuum was torn open, and swarms of armored demons were pouring out of it, making their way to the outside the last one who left the portal was Viccus, and he was very disgruntled to see intruders in the pyramid.
He ordered his troops to get rid of those pesky soldiers, but a hand tried to grip him back into the portal he sharply pulled back, revealing a female figure similar to himself, attempting to convince him to stop the invasion. He dismissed her and threw her back into the portal, promptly closing it.
However, once he was finished, Mallard's squad has already distanced themselves from the pyramid - Skip sent a message up to Dr. Agon to warp them back into the ship, which would take several seconds and in that time, Viccus' troops was closing in on the team, however they managed to be warped out just before being attacked.
Once on board of the ship, the entire squad was taken to the medical bay, awaited by Dr. Agon and Gen. Pomidor. As Agon was examining Mallard's health, Pomidor began to ask the others questions about what they saw down there however before he started, an important intermission popped up on the TV, saying that armies of demons have been pouring out across many other planets, not just Segtonica.
The TV intermission was interrupted by the ship receiving an encrypted video message from an unidentified source.
The video featured the same demon girl the squad saw trying to pull Viccus back into the portal she revealed that the demons from another dimension are about to launch a full scale attack on the universe Alpha and that they need to be stopped however, they're all but immortal as they're part of a single entity whose heart is split into many shards and spread around the many existing dimensions, univrses and timelines only if all these shards are destroyed will the demons become mortal again.
As the girl assumes that the inhabitants of the universe the message was sent to have not yet developed omniverse traveling technology yet, she noted that an aur-powered omnidrive should be located somewhere in that universe, in an ancient derelict demonship, however she warned them that the demons will probably want to look for that ship as well. The message ended abruptly with the girl being approached by someone.
The team is dismissed as Gen. Pomidor sends out a scouting order to find the demonship.
They spend some time together in the ship cafeteria, discussing whether or not it's better to keep fighting the Aur War or to partake in stopping the demon invasion, but ultimately the decision falls on participating in the demon deal after all it's more awesome than capturing aur mines and killing brainless defense robots!
Just as they were finished, the reports of the ship being found came in, and Mallard quickly ordered to prepare a shuttle.
[cliffhanger, part 1 ends] Chrono Warriors, Ready to Strike! (part 2) The squad consisting of Mallard, Larry, Komet, Dr. Agon, Kraya and the mechanic, Big Lee) arrives at the massive hull of the demonship, Imperator. As they leave their shuttle and hop onto the remains of the ship, it turns out to not be quite as defunct and ruined as it was originally there's gravity and oxygen, and most things seem to be working. As the team ventures further into the ship, they find out that the demons are already there, warping in their larger soldiers and even smaller spaceships, using the onboard portals.
The group is vastly outnumbered by the demonic soldiers and are attempting to sneak their way past the guards in order to find the omnidrive room. After a bit of fumbling around, they eventually find it, but they also find Viccus attempting to re-activate the drive.
The team promptly stops him by jumping on him, surprised that he meets with them again. Convinced that they've outnumbered him, the squad splits up, with Larry, Dr. Agon and Big Lee deactivating and dismantling the omnidrive while Komet, Mallard and Kraya take Viccus on.
However, he calls in his reinforcements the gorgon Steno and the time hunter Brazen. On top of that, Viccus projects an energy field which blocks off all doors of the drive room meaning that nobody will leave until the battle's over.
While the teamfight between Viccus' and Mallard's teams rages on, Larry, Agon and Lee get enough time to unmount the omnidrive and join the battle, overwhelming them. As Viccus is knocked unconscious, the forcefield around the doors disappears, which results in Steno and Brazen escaping into the body of the ship, alarming the rest of the demonic crew. The team quickly picks up the omnidrive and carries it into their ship, flying off into the distance.
With the omnidrive installed aboard their main ship, the team is ready to traverse the time and space to stop the demonic invasion the Chrono Warriors are ready to strike!
