That's a lot of micro-managing. I'd have to rebuild the huge collapsing floor every time! With magma, it's a matter of pulling switches once completed. Besides. copper, silver, and bronze are all inferior to steel so why bother? I have enough copper for metal-requiring items, anyway, so iron is really all I need from them. The magma makes this very efficient. I have so much copper crap from the now unused drowning airlock that I am still melting it down.
