In a time before time an unimaginably vast cosmic turtle wandered across the endless void. One time-interval, it decided to stop and make a massive dump before moving on, never to be seen again. From the magical cosmic feces came the material the universe is made up of.

The known world is surrounded by water in the south and seemingly-endless mountains on the north.

And from the detritus arose the first divines. Mighty Ozaine, Lady of Life and Death; Quiet Kamaku, Keeper of Fates; Cunning Abbar, Architect of Creation, and August Leilein, Singer of Thought. Together, they created the world and all that existed within.

Upon their Birth the Four Divines gazed upon the World, vast and formless, it's latent potential not yet achieved. Abbar spoke, and from his words came the Essence of Creation, and that Essence began to bring form unto the World. Leilein, finding inspiration, took his own portion of Essence, and using it, he brought into being the Stars in the Sky, making innumerable and beautiful constellations from them. At this time, Kamaku began to record the secrets and the history of the World's Creation.

And though surprised by the existence of yet another deity, the Four went on and settled the world. It was Leilein who first discovered how to create life from nothing. From her mucous and her urine, she crafted new divine children to serve her. Soon, the other gods joined her in her method, creating the second generation of gods.
