Send them to Archive.org for scanning. They're trying to archive just about everything in digital format, so it should be good. Maybe check first?  But a lot of those books sounds very interesting for historical research if nothing else. The electronics books might be good resources for DIY projects, like that person who recreates ink recipes from 1800s manuals.

Something that hasn't been tabled: if you don't want them, perhaps check on your grandparents' views on you passing them on, ask them if they mind, or if there's anyone else in the family that might get more out of them.  They might be really upset, if they thought they were giving you some kind of treasure trove, for you to offload them somehow.
