For some reason all the worlds i generate they never have any dark pits or dark fortresses, So i can never fight goblins!
Explaination?

All your Goblins are likely dying out in history, so either try making more civs, more sites, larger world, shorter history, or some sort of mix.

Did you attempt to mod any of the files? If so, there might be an error somewhere that prevents the creation of goblins.

If you turn down the number of demons in world creation, Goblin Dark Fortresses and subsequently civs can't spawn.
Maybe you did that?
